All door systems carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the door panel to be free of warping, rusting, or cracks in the door face. Door systems and their components are warranted against defect in materials. Neither the door systems, nor their components are warranted against damages due to workmanship, or from damages or faulty operation resulting from improper installation, or failure to properly maintain the door system or its components. All surfaces must be painted with a quality exterior paint or stain, within two months to validate warranty.

All glass is warranted for 5 years that this product is free from any defects in material and workmanship that renders it unfit for its normal and recommended use. Please note that decorative glass is a handmade product that naturally has cosmetic characteristics that may be viewed as flaws, but do not constitute a warranty claim.

All prefinishing provided by The Home Door Inc. has a 5-year warranty against paint or stain failure under normal environmental conditions. Any abuse or damage to the finish will void all warranties. Please note that all prefinished units must be caulked around all joints and seams after installation to validate warranty.
